"There are providers who work for the VA who really care about Veterans, and those who work at the VA because they couldn’t cut it anywhere else. Unfortunately Dr. Ney seems to be in the latter category. He displays a complete disdain and lack of empathy for his patients. He is rude and condescending, and his bedside manner is just terrible. I have also heard this from several of my friends as well, so it doesn’t seem he was just having a few bad days. Wish the VA could be more selective in who they choose to hire. "
