Dr. John Ford Keppel, MD

The more a patient understands their disease, the more they can help themselves." - John Keppel, MD Dr. Keppel received his B.A. from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. He later completed his M.D. at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. He brings The Oregon Clinic - Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine many honors and awards, including the House Staff Teachers Award. He was also featured as one of Portland Monthly Magazine's "Top Doctors" in 2006 and 2007. Dr. Keppel is the Secretary/Treasurer of Medical Staff at Portland Providence Medical Center and a member of the American College of Chest Physicians. He focuses on asbestos disease, lung cancer, occupational asthma and other needs.
