"Dr. Hawes was an amazing doctor and really cared about his patients. With the switch to choice medical and the Dr. Cahterine Zell is the WORST Dr. I have dealt with. I have several medical issues and she has not even met me and withouy having any knowledge of my medical history prior to the visit she cuts off some of my medication. It took a year to get all my prescription right due to having cirrhosis and kidney disease I can't take much. She makes you feel like some druggie off the streets. It took me years to face my anxiety (due to embarrassment) and with the recommendation from my Dr. at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla I went to Dr, Hawes about my anxiety. After evaluations and different medications, Xanax was the only one working. This new doctor Catherine Zell makes you feel like she is better then you and like I am abusing my medications like a druggie. I take all prescriptions as prescribed and that's it. I have been on some of my medications for 10+ years and now ...
feel embarrassed about my anxiety again. She has caused me to have panic attacks in the last 24 hours due to the way she makes you feel. I will not stop here, I am going to the chief medical officer and president if I have to. I am not going after this to get my xanax, its to inform them of the issue with Dr.Zell. She can NOT make her patients feel like this. I already spoke with the office manager Nancy and so far she has been super helpful and nice. The doctor should not be in the medical industry period. "
