"I called this doctor because I was in agony with pack pain. At first the doctor told me they couldn't take me for about 6 weeks so I told them nevermind. Then the next day, the office called me back and said if I go in the office to fill out paperwork and pay them 100.00 (which they insisted had to be cash), they would fit me in the following week.
