"Complete bull of a doctors office. My wife books her appointment at the beginning of July for August 21st. She confirms her appointment now they call and said they canceled her appointment because to receptionist messed up and double booked the appointment and tried to push her back for another month. These docs get paid so much money but hire some of the most incompetent staff. This appointment was to re up on her diabetes medication because we moved. To make some one suffer because your staff messed up is not her fault. I’m not a fake person I’m real and everyone should know how this office works."

" Needed a laminectomy for about 5 years. I put it off repeatedly since my husband has a narcissistic personality and I knew he would not give me care post-op. I had shared this with the Doctor before our next scheduled appointment. When my doctor said that my surgery was “a serious procedure” and I “would be better recovering at an inpatient facility, where I would be treated like a queen and could recover quickly.” Also, “ just let the office know when your surgery is and we will take care of everything else”. I was elated when I walked out. I couldn't wait to schedule the surgery. I became concerned when I didn't see anything about this in the notes sent to me from the Doctor. I emailed the office, who replied that the doctor would advocate for me but I had to get the paperwork from the facility and bring it to the doctors office. It took me about two more weeks for a facility to contact me only to tell me that I was not eligible for inpatient care since the procedure was day ...
surgery. I wrote an email to the doctor and never received a reply. I wrote a personal letter to the doctor and he did not respond. My surgery was 11/9/21. It has been a difficult recovery so far, since I have not had much assistance. "

"Thoroughly enjoy Dr. Chewning. He actually listeners to your concerns and talks to you with options and he never makes you feel rushed. That being said he is usually always running behind but when he is with you you have his full attention!! He has a great sense if humor which helps to lighten difficult situations. "
