"Avoid this Surgeon. Dr. Burke in 2018 during the course of Craniotomy resection at UCSF labeled me in his discharge summaries stating, without any factual basis, untrue statements to contaminate my medical record and tarnish my character and reputation during a very difficult surgical experience in retaliation for being myself loaded up with surgical drugs and a few unnecessary extras to agitate and develop outrageous patient behavior that I could then be blamed for. My experience with Dr. Burke as a Resident at UCSF tarnished my surgical experience and opinion of UCSF. Do not let this be your experience. One last thing, Dr. Burke has specialty experience with Scoliosis, a diagnosis that never made it into my Medical Chart. Scoliosis was a concealed diagnosis that has played a significant block to my post-surgical recovery from brain surgery that actually fit the criteria for his words, “long, mostly undiagnosed…” as I have had scoliosis for the bulk of my life and generally, as well, ...
