"Was told she was going to do a expanded respiratory panel on my daughter & also put in her notes from the visit twice to follow up on the results. Find out the test was never done & sent off. When I got in contact with the nurse she confirmed it was never done & stated “It wouldn’t matter anyways since virus can’t be treated”"
