"My mom was transferred to Portland from a small town without an MRI. When I called to find it the results of her MRI Dr. Vanderschuur told me not to call him, and that he would call me in his own time. He spent the next five minutes chewing me out before he finally got around to telling me the results. My mom was nonverbal at the time and I was a full state away, so had I been able to find out her results in any other way, I would have. He was extremely unprofessional."
