"Dr. Sepulveda is a profoundly dishonest man. I had the horrible luck to encounter him at Family Health Centers of San Diego after my actual psychiatrist, who had successfully diagnosed and treated my ADHD, left that organization - possibly pushed out by Sepulveda. I had a horrible 10-minute online meeting where he disparaged my previous psychiatrist and tried to reverse my diagnosis. Later, he claimed I tried to buy drugs "under the table" from him - an outrageous lie. He seems to prefer to work in jails or with drug addicts who the courts have committed to him. If anyone you love is under this man's "care" get them out immediately. In my experience, he is not a doctor, but a con man of the worst kind. "
