"I had to see Dr. Peters after my wonderful OBGYN left. I have a history of miscarriages, and when I started having complications early on in my pregnancy she hesitantly had me come in for an ultrasound. She was less kind, not helpful at all, and very cold with my situation. Because of my previous experiences, I knew bloodwork could help determine the health of my pregnancy. I had to beg to have lab work done. She finally agreed. After I received abnormal results through an app that confirmed my miscarriage, she (not her staff) ever contacted me with the results or recommendations. I’m only knew what was going on because of my past miscarriages. She is a rude, incompetent, harsh provider who does not appear to care for her patients or their needs. I would never go to her again or recommend her to anyone. "

"Worse doctor I've ever encountered. Dr Leon peters would have committed medical malpractice if it wasn't for me being on my toes. 1) she disrespected my boundaries by pushing birth control after I clearly told her from the beginning I don't want it 2) she STILL pushed birth control despite me being treated with high blood pressure (big no no and could cause a stroke or heart attack) 3) she obviously didn't look at my chart before speaking to me because she didn't know im being treated for high blood pressure and she didn't once log into the computer when she was in the room. 4) she MISDIAGNOSED me and I had more success treating myself at home. 5) this is the only doctor that has ever hurt me when inserting the speculum. RUN. See her nurse practitioner instead, or get a different OBGYN if you're pregnant. There is no way in hell id ever let her touch my pregnant body or deliver my baby. Dr Leon peters needs an ego check and obviously doesn't know what she is doing. Hold her accountable. ...
