Dr. Foreman is a Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation/Pain Medicine and American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Foreman completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and completed his Medical Degree from University of Texas in Houston. He then completed a pediatric internship at Driscoll Children's Hospital, Corpus Christi, TX, followed by his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. Dr. Foreman then completed a Fellowship in Pain Medicine from the University of California-Davis, Sacramento, CA.
Dr. Foreman is committed to fostering a patient-centered, comprehensive and multidisciplinary team approach to provide patients with an individualized treatment plan.
He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, Travis County Medical Society, Texas Pain Society and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Foreman joined Seton Brain & Spine Institute in 2010.

"Unfortunately my encounter with Dr. Guerra was awful that it requires a review, something I don't typically do. Because of his carelessness of my symptoms, he attempted to discharge me after misdiagnosing me. I tried challenging him and his medical opinions - given my medical background, and I knew was not medically ready to go home.
