"They told me to wear a mask and I did!!! I can not put it over my nose due to due to being closterphobic .. I have been to many doctors and hospitals and wear it the same and no one has an issue!!! Her nurse had dealt with me and did fine, the office staff dealt with me and were fine! She walked in with an attitude and told me to pull my mask over my nose. I politely explained I could not die to the closterphobic and panic attacks and she then proceeded to ask if I had my vaccine and when I said NO she walked out!! I got dressed to leave and she started on me again in the hall and I told her that Texas dropped the mask mandate and I had it on per their policy the best I could and she continued to tell me loudly TWICE that it was federal law!!!! I told her I was leaving and she needed to walk away and leave me alone and she finally did!! She told me I was told ahead of time I had to wear a mask but no one ever said it had to be over my nose or I would have canceled my appointment!!! The ...

"Dr. Guerrero is by far the WORST provider I have ever dealt with. Her office staff is extremely rude as is she. I got "annoyed" body language complete with huffing and dismissive words whenever I would raise any concerns. I had to force labs be drawn and when I went back to for my follow up apt, she never even brought them up. I had to actually call out to her walking out the door to ask. The response I received was "they were normal" as she kept walking. I never was able to view these results. Recently, I called to discuss a med refill as I was told by pharmacy I was out; however knowing I should have 2 left. The nurse was extremely rude. I reiterated multiple times that without the refils, I would be without for 2 months. Her response was essentially "too bad." DO NOT GO HERE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. (I was overcharged on all 3 apts by substantial amounts)"
