"Dr. Gaughan is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable, communicative, and personable. She shows you what your particular hearing problems are on her computer screen; has you watch as she sets your hearing aids to cover those problems; she listens to you and suggests an array of hearing aids, but she recommends the one she thinks is best for you at first. She explains all the features of the devices and how to use and care for the devices. And she gives you a manual you can actually read, so you can look it all up later to refresh. Surprise, the device can help you track a lost hearing aid!! That has to be a money saver. She has a very organized plan for you to select a hearing aid, come in when it arrives and try it out with clear instructions and attempts with her watching, and then explains follow up appointments and how you can drop off for repairs or replacement parts. I truly believe I can call anytime with a question or problem and she will be there with answers. All doctors ...
