"My wife was recently in the hospital, she developed a cluster headache and was in severe pain. Dr Troutman was the hospitalist on call at night. He ignored my wife's pain for two nights. One night my wife called me and wanted to leave the hospital. I talked her out of it but she forgot to hang up. She cried for 30 min because of the pain. She was not asking for narcotics nor is she a drug seeker. The nurses stated that he never returned their repeated attempts to address her pain. He was AWOL and never showed his face."
