"Always an amazing experience! - I've been a long time patient of the practice and everyone is fantastic! I see Heather & Charlene for my medical dermatology appointments (Both of them are incredible, super knowledgeable and very comforting) and Dr. Potozkin for all things cosmetic. Him and his staff are always in a great upbeat mood and you can tell it's a great place to be. He does great natural work with Botox and Fillers and really treats all his patients like family. Can't say enough good things about this place. 1000/10 recommend giving them a call for any dermatology or cosmetic concerns, you'll regret you didn't call sooner!!"

"life changing tattoo removal. excellent staff, thank you Jerome - I came to get knuckle tattoos removed. Dr. Potozkin was extremely professional and kind during the appointments. After just 1 treatment my tattoos were over 80% gone!! Second visit I had no child care and brought my infant son, Dr. Potozkin was kind enough to have a staff member cater to him during my procedure. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin and you shouldn't either!! Thank you Dr. Potozkin."

"perfect doctor and office experience...total releif! - both my husband and I have been struggling with skin conditions and had gone to several doctors in the area to no avail. we came to dr. potozkin's office on the recommendation of a family member and discovered that there was help after all for our different skin conditions that were diagnosed immediately, effectively, and conclusively. dr. potozkin and his staff were patient, they listened, and offered direct and clear course of action. their treatment plan was not only effective but it was fair and reasonable compared to other doctors in the east bay. within 60 days, issues we've been dealing with for years were resolved. dr. potozkin is excellent with cosmetic procedures but he also has a deep breadth of knowledge with skin pathology and that's what makes him stand out against his dermatologic peers. you can trust dr. potozkin & staff with your treatment on just about any issue regarding your biggest organ."

"Right Office - Right Treatment - After developing a reaction to a lip balm, seeing another provider who wanted to to perform an extremely aggressive treatment on my already inflamed lips, the best choice I made was to change providers to Dr. Potozkin and his PA Jen! They carefully reviewed the inflamed tissue, taking time to assess and consider potential treatment options, My first dermatologist wanted to treat by freezing (extremely painful), Dr. P and Jen placed me on an oral medication and within 2 days the skin had significantly improved, at 1 week they were near normal. The right doctor and and team matter, I made the best decision, making the right decision is priceless and you're worth it!"
