"I think my review of Dr Seda would be higher if she'd leave that horrible office! They mess up the billing, appointments everything. Now Dr. Seda has gone virtual only which I don't blame her for but the office can't find my appointment, I don't have the information- they are supposed to send a text to pay the day before and link to your appointment. Nothing......"

"The doctor just sits, talks to you and writes referrals. This is the 2nd time I've been there and she never gets near you to do a full physical. She didn't do anything to address pain I told her I've had in my lower abdomen for a months. She looked at me said it was a hernia. I suggested she feel the area to make sure it was a hernia. Her response was: "NO, I CAN SEE IT FROM HERE" Really??? In my opinion that was a POOR response. How can anyone tell without touching that area or ordering an ultrasound. She said "Cme back if it gets too painful." I CAME TO HER BECAUSE I WAS IN PAIN!!! Also, never checked my eyes, ears, heart, lungs, etc. What good is a physical is nothing is looked at? Also, I never got a call back after doing my bloodwork or urine sample in her office. A week later I called. I won't go again. Wouldn't recommend her to anyone!! "

"There is absolutely nothing modern about this facility or the Drs here. I have been seeing Dr. Seda Ramirez for the past year and a half and every interaction at this office has been one hassle after the next. To talk to someone, you have to call repeatedly until someone picks up. I have left multiple messages to schedule appointments without a call back- which causes a lag in getting my prescriptions filled and then they blame it on me. I have received conflicting information from the staff on multiple accounts when I do talk to someone, to schedule standard or typical appointments and exams. But by far the worst experience I have at this office is that they treat me like a criminal for a prescription I have held for over a decade. They require me to schedule an appointment with the Dr. or the nurse each month to refill (which is a hassle in itself because they don't return my calls), but I also have to pay not only for my prescription but for the appointment every time. This has never, ...
and I repeat, NEVER been required in any of the THREE other states I have lived or the medical facilities/family doctors I have gone to. I have never been treated this way. It is a requirement of the Dr herself, hiding being the prescription, and makes me feel like they are just trying to get more money by requiring me to see the Dr every single time. Again, as if I haven't already had this script for over a decade with a full understanding of the requirements. Going into the office to pick up my script after calling ahead- yeah, I've had to do that elsewhere. But actually schedule and pay for a Dr appointment every single time- NEVER. I don't have the best insurance, or I would have went elsewhere after my first time stepping into this office. It is unsightly and actually very creepy. This has just got to be the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any medical facility ever. At this point, I will be willing to drive whatever distance required to find another facility that takes my insurance because that would actually be less of a hassle than having to deal with this establishment. What a JOKE. "

"I have been seeing Dr Seda for almost 3 years. I have never had an issue with her. She is always prompt, only waited more than 10 minutes once in 3 years. She listens carefully, as do her examining room staff. She reviews all responses before you leave so you can be sure all of your questions were addressed. Dr shows compassion. I've read some negative reviews and am surprised. I have always had great experience with Dr Seda."

"Who gave this woman a license to practice!? My mother is a patient of hers, after today absolutely won't be. A few months ago she refused to give my mother 20mg lisinopril for high blood pressure a week out from her appointment time because she hadn't yet completed bloodwork! My mother had to go to the ER twice to get the meds until her appointment. Now today she calls for a UTI (something most doctors today would not even want you to come to the office for with the risk of Covid!) But no...she wants her to come in. My mother waits 30 minutes just to be told she won't see her because she hadn't completed her YEARLY bloodwork or cardiologist appointment that she wrote up a month ago. My mother has a severe history with UTI and kidney/blood infection and she wouldn't see her let alone write a simple prescription for some Keflex. I have to say, I'm not surprised the majority of her reviews on here a negative. I dont think I've ever wrote a negative review in my life and I'm sure the others ...
who posted may not have either. But her neglectful quality of work is well deserving. DON'T send a loved one her way, matter of fact run in the opposite direction this womans neglect is going to end up killing someone someday. "
