"I have had 2 visits and was satisfied with her service. She took a lot of time with me to explain my medical problems and helped with the right medications to solve them. I will continue seeing her I have the deeper confidence in her caregiving."

"First visit didn’t go well but decided to give it another chance. I had a question about an imaging test that had a discrepancy and she gaslighted me and asked me if I was sure I had a specific surgery in a condescending manor. "

"Very poor doctor with a better than you attitude. "

"Dr. Jenny Crouch is harmful to her community. She spreads anti vaccine and anti mask rhetoric. She ran for the health board (funny how Dr money can buy votes with cook outs) so she could prevent her county from allowing a mask mandate. She is now spreading anti critical race theory around her town. She provides primary care through BJC. BJC stood with BLM but hires doctors like Jenny Crouch and pays her salary which allows her to spew hate and buy her way into harmful positions. She should not be employed by a hospital that accepts federal or state funding considering she is helping to overwhelm the state with unnecessary COVID cases and deaths. If she wants to spread misinformation and hate, she should do so in a privately owned practice. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
