Dr. Snedeker graduated from Cornell University with honors, and the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He conducted virology research while in Wisconsin, and completed a residency in pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He went to Duke University Medical Center for a fellowship in pediatric infectious disease, and stayed on for the next six years to teach and conduct research at Duke. Dr. Snedeker is board certified in both pediatric medicine and pediatric infectious disease. He has a faculty appointment at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, where he sees patients and teaches pediatric infectious disease at Golisano Children's Hospital. Dr. Snedeker also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca.
