"Horrid service. This drs bedside manners are less than stellar, he treated me like an addict for smoking nicotine, basically bcalled me a liar when I told him I would quit, and again when he didn't get ALL my therapy notes. Then left a VM stating he is refusing surgery on me. I've dislocated my knee 9 times in my life and he made me feel like my pain and discomfort were an absolute joke. Ar one point ..."

"He seems to be put off by having conversation about you situation. Not impressed by his demeanor. Stated that ibuprofen would be beneficial but didn’t offer a prescription. Won’t be returning to him and will seek a second opinion. "

"Great first visit with Dr. Abildgaard. The front office staff was efficient and kind, as was everyone we encountered during our appt. Dr. A had to give our 17 year-old daughter some very tough news (torn ACL), and he did it in a very compassionate manner. We felt extremely confident in his assessment, and he answered our many questions and discussed options without rushing. My husband, daughter ..."

"I have been to many Ortho guys and typically it's the same routine. Let's get an MRI and then let's do surgery. Dr. Abildgaard is the opposite. He's very open and honest and seems like surgery is his very last option. Not ever his first. I would highly recommend him to everyone in need of a great honest Orhtho Doc!!"
