"I’m semi-new to Riverside county. I love my new dentist and his team! You walk in the door and feel welcomed. Dr. Prais has a kind demeanor. He listens to you and shows genuine concern for his patients. His touch is gentle. He explains what he’s going to do before starting on your dental work. Throughout the process he continues to keep you informed on what’s going on. I’ve had Chris and Corine as my hygienist. They are fantastic! "I’m extremely terrified of going to the dentist. I’ve have many bad experiences in the past so I was skeptical going in. Dr Prais and his staff were wonderful. He explained everything that needed to be addressed and showed me what he saw, so you know that he’s not making it up. When I had my chipped fillings replaced, DR Prais made sure I was comfortable and numb. If I felt anything during the procedure he would stop what he was doing and numb me some more. He’s a keeper.
