"Dr. Merrill did an excellent job on my foot. I have been dealing with pain from a procedure done by another podiatrist for some time now. Dr. Merrill explained everything to me about the needed procedure which he completed expertly. I am so thankful for him and his staff. I hope I do not need any further treatments, but if I do, he's my guy!"

"Came to Doctor Merrill yesterday as a new patient. Was more than pleasantly surprised from the first moment I entered the office. The two Receptionists at the front desk were both naturally friendly, not artificial or disinterested in the person of the patient, as is unfortunately often found in doctors' anterooms nowadays. Due to a knee damage, I use a stick to balance. One of the anteroom receptionist asked me to take a seat in the waiting room and brought the forms for new patients to my chair to fill them out. When she noticed that I was done filling them out, she got up and picked it up. Saved me the way. Needless to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. If the anteroom goes the so-called "EXTRA MILE" for the patient, .... I have very rarely met a doctor so positively focused on the patient, who takes the time where you, the patient don't just feel like a "number". “Next please.” The feet are really the number 1 that we humans have to carry us around all our lives. "Dr. Merrill and his staff responded very quickly to the referral I got from my PCP. He is both personable and efficient, and his staff are super friendly. Showed me the result of my x-rays and explained my options clearly. And he was able to fit me in for surgery without delay. So far, I'm very impressed!"

"Dr. Merrill was very thorough in examining my feet and diagnosed a problem I have had 12 years that was never successfully dealt with when I saw other doctors even after surgery to resolve it. He carefully explained how I can successfully resolve my tendon problem at home with physical therapy. He prefers to use non-invasive methods first which really impressed me because it is a sensible approach and one never offered to me in the past. I am hopeful at last that it will be resolved under his care. Thank you so much, Dr. Merrill. I should have gone to you years ago! Very impressed also with your kind staff and the cleanliness of your office."

"After dealing with a problem with a tendon in my foot for 12 years with other doctors and a surgeon without success, at last I found Dr. Merrill and have hope that I can, with his help, find healing so that I may continue to walk and retain balance without pain in that foot. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly, explaining a sensible treatment plan I can follow. Very professional, easy to talk to, and a good listener. I wish I had gone to him years ago!"
