"I went in with chest pain, and other symptoms of a heart attack. I also had seizure-like activity later to be diagnosed by someone else as cardiovascular syncope (heart issues). This doctor said my EKG was normal, and led everyone in the ER think I was crazy. When I got home, the heart attack symptoms immediately got so much worse, and I was having difficulty breathing. We went straight back to same ER, and same doctor discharged me again, and tried to charge us for two ER visits. Several years later, I was able to pull up the EKG that he had said was "normal". It clearly said "abnormal", and even said that anterior infarct could not be ruled out. Infarct is a heart attack!!! Same doctor admitted my son after he too had issues with his heart. He too was diagnosed with syncope. This doctor gave him medicine that is NOT supposed to be given to someone with syncope, AND he gave it to him when his blood pressure was 70 over a diastolic that he refused to tell me! (My son could have ...
died!) He tried to make me, his mother, think that he was crazy, and even put in the hospital notes that the chief complaint was psychiatric evaluation, even AFTER I told him that he had been unconscious for approximately thirty minutes before paramedics arrived! The next day, the next doctor reported that he was very confused and disoriented, and I was told that they were going to keep him at least another night. After I told a social worker the truth about what happened, because she had been lied to about how my son had gotten to the hospital, they discharged him before even calling me to pick him up. The social worker was told that the police had taken him to hospital via squad car. He went by ambulance!!! The hospital records even stated the truth, but the social worker was lied to! Then someone told the social worker she was not allowed to talk to me anymore. I found him walking home on way to hospital with no shoes on his feet. He said he just walked out of the hospital and nobody stopped him. "

"Unfortunately, we had to take my 10 momth old to the ER for a extremely high temperature. And also unfortunately, we got this Doctor Jeff Kroll. In the end my daughter had a simple ear infection. He overlooked that infection, didnt do any chest xrays (which surprised the next doctors). He was hasty with my wife over blood draws and other tests he wanted to run. It was an ear infection, but now my daughter is on a catheder, has had shots of medicine, now he wants to draw blood! Absolutley ridiculous. We went to the ER again hours later when the fever spiked agian and the doctor diagnosed the ear infection immediately, no need for cathaders or blood draws. Lastly he billed us twice for the hospital bill, we had to call in to report this. He will be under investigation at some point in his future. I hope you can avoid this doctor at all costs. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
