Dr. Kurth graduated from the Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the Lincoln Medical Education Foundation at the University of Nebraska.
Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Kurth is also affiliated with the Colorado Medical Society, the Larimer County Medical Society and the American Academy of Family Practice.
