"I am seeing Dr Reynolds for kidney stones. Today was my first visit. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr Reynolds himself was polite and professional. They got me in at my appointment time and Dr Reynolds thoroughly explained what was going on and what he wanted to happen next. I was extremely pleased with my initial visit."
