"Still Alive but Not because of him – May 03, 2021 He really deserves 0 stars. The er was empty when arrived. There was no guest services at the front, no triage nurse, no one to be found. I was suffering from multiple symptoms of anaphylaxis allergic reaction, swelling of face and body, hives, reddening of skin and this was after I took a Benadryl at home and waited to see if the symptoms improved. I could still breathe at this point but I didn’t want to wait until I couldn’t as my face and neck were rapidly swelling including my ears and lips. He barely entered the room, didn’t even look at the hives on my arm and body, said I had a rash and sent me home less than 1 minute after seeing him with a prescription for Benadryl and Prednisone. By the time I left wk Pierremont and arrived in Bossier, I was starting to cough. He didn’t listen to me breathe, didn’t check to see if the swelling was also internal, gave no meds on site. He didn’t even keep me for 30 minutes for observation. The place was not busy so no excuses"
