"None to gentle, nor explanatory, or thorough regarding follow up care instructions to patient. This was a horrible experience, bad enough that I had a cracked tooth and I believe it could have been saved, should have gotten a second opinion but with costs, insurance, and enduring pain, it was not feasible. Lee administered novocaine injections without giving topical analgesic time to work and then he jammed the needle in so hard I still hurt at injection site 4 days later. Now I have an infection, gum swelling not receding, face, up to forehead around eye and jaw/ear area very painful and extremely foul taste & odor in my mouth. I have called the emergency dental line for Greenburg several times over the last 3 days and do not get a call back, - so guess I'm on my way to the emergency room. I do not really not want to go to a hospital and am sure all I need is an antibiotic that could be called in, but cannot go another night like this...."
