"This office is the worst! The front desk is rude and uncaring. They never answer the phone and always have to call you back. I was up to date on my cleanings and needed some work on cracks and a chipped tooth. I had an appointment scheduled for the work to be done but unfortunatelyI had to cancel because I was not feeling well. When I tried to reschedule they told me I had to wait for 3 months! I have some pain in one tooth and they said if someone cancels I may get an apt. That is not ok! I should be seen now! When you have pain someone needs to see you. I think this was a punishment and I’m not sure Dr Baker even knows how bad the front desk is. Communication is as important as the treatment. So even though Dr. Baker may be a great dentist if you can’t talk to him or get an appointment then it’s not good care. "
