"She only received 1 star because she is a nice person. She is not competent enough to hold a position of prescribing medication!!! She had me on a medication that has caused me to have Tourette’s like symptoms. I discussed what was going on with my PCP and his pharmacist told me to start weaning off said medication. This was after more than 2 months of telling her about my episodes, as I refer to them. Finally, she had an “ah ha” moment when she FINALLY realized (and actually heard what I was saying) it could be said medication causing my episodes; the “ah ha” moment came after me telling her AT LEAST 3 TIMES what was going on with me. Also, IF YOU DO SEE HER be sure to check your AFTER APPOINTMENT NOTES!!!! That’s how I came to the conclusion she WAS NOT DOCUMENTING what I was saying, but rather what she thought she heard. I did not realize the patient, who is paying for the service(?); had to go behind and check to be sure what was said in the session was actually being documented. ...

"Very kind, understanding and warm. Those qualities are rare in psychiatrist. Many can come off cold, rigid, concrete thinkers void of compassion She is open, listens and will work with you for solutions. She is open to forward thinking, as opposed to being stuck in one size fits all. "
