"Dr. Brandes is the finest doctor I have ever had. She took time to know me and worked hard to help my intractable headaches. She treats you with respect and as a partner. She is so on top of the latest research in her field. Someone complained about waiting—take a book and chill—when she gets to you, she is all yours and will not rush you. She is well worth waiting for. I have other doctors who wouldn’t recognize me if they passed me on the street, or could tell you anything about me without looking at my chart. I wish she were my primary MD"

"Dr. Jan Brandes is one of the highest paid Big pHARMa docs in TN. Dr Brandes rarely sees patients and pons them off on her second rate physician's assist. Brandes is in charge of her disorganized staff, they act just as she instructs disrespectful and uncaring of patients, sloppy scheduling, deceptive tactics and regularly breaching the standard of care. How Brandes stays in business must be that she buys her way in with the money from being on the pHARMa payroll. Brandes prescribes dangerous "medicines" and "treatments." She works in cahoots with psych wards, pretends they will be nice to go to, when horror only awaits the deceived patient if following this advice from Dr Brandes who will score a lot of money by getting you locked up. Once you are falsely imprisoned, she will be unavailable for you or your family to reach. I would never recommend this tough broad who cares about one thing: the Brandes wallet."

"This is not a practice that cares about the individual patient. They are more concerned with making money. The appointment wait is hours long and they do not help you with your problem and the staff is rude. I would not recommend to anyone "
