"Jamie Picus is a disgrace, and to be more honest a very mean and childish individual. For someone who is a Dr. and has not been working from her office in almost 2 years, she does not care about you, the patient, but only seems to care about her own well being. If you are an honest individual and seek a PROFESSIONAL and EMPATHETIC Dr. for your mental health issues, please look elsewhere. Picus is not for you. How can you explain to me that she cares about YOU, the patient when she has not been in her office for almost 2 years now? Ethically speaking it is an absolute disgrace. In addition her front desk individual, Jenny, is the dumbest, laziest and most miserable person I’ve ever come across in the mental health field. She will only EXACERBATE any condition you may have. The other Drs in this office are friendly, cordial and professional. Dr Picus and Jenny are an abomination. I cannot be more honest from my personal experience. Please, avoid these two for your own mental well being. ...
I have no dog in this fight anymore and am so grateful for that. I simply am an individual who values the patients well being and comfort, at the very least as much as my own. Working from home for almost 2 years now when she is more than able to be at the office, where face to face sessions, in my humble opinion are most beneficial to the patient and/or patients (family) only proves she cares much more about herself than others. I understand COVID-19 has caused some changes in all walks of life, but to me she has taken COVID-19 and used it as a way to work from home when she could in fact be able to assist families and individuals in person. If she is afraid of catching COVID-19 or giving it to her patients that’s fine. And I respect that as a human being. But I CANNOT respect that in any way shape or form from a DOCTOR who’s primary objective is to help individuals and families. Either get back into the office Jamie or quit. You are not fit to be a Dr. , ESPECIALLY IN THE FIELD OF MENTAL HEALTH! "
