"I went to go see Doctor Washburn to get a second opinion. When I got there he said he was glad I came to see him because what the previous doctor was suggesting (surgery on sesamoid bone) He said " I wouldn't say that it's unethical but you the patient would be worse off". He instead put me in a boot and told me to get an MRI. I waited for them to schedule me for an MRI. Weeks had gone by. When I called up to the office to see what was happening with the MRI the lady said that they where short staffed. I called again the following Monday and by the end of that conversation, the nurse said "Doctor Washburn doesn't want to see you as a patient anymore and suggest you go back to your previous doctor". You mean the doctor he said he wouldn't call unethical BUT...... Definitely save your time, energy, hopes and finances for a different doctor because you will probably be disappointed. NO I would NOT suggest Doctor Washburn to anyone , unless you wanna just sit there and talk about shoes or ...

"The receptionist checked with my insurance provider and clearly explained to me how much I would owe before she ever set up my first appointment. At my first appointment, Dr. Washburn showed me my x-rays and thoroughly explained my condition and options. He spent time with me and never acted as though he was in a rush to move on to the next patient. "

"All Covid guidelines were in place and being followed. Dr. Washburn listened to my concerns and offered several options but recommended what I had hoped for. Dr. Washburn is friendly, very knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation and the reason behind my need to see him. A very positive visit to the doctor’s office."

"Dr. Washburn is a caring and concerned healthcare provider with a good staff and facilities. I require routine monthly foot care, which they handle very well. Periodically, I have required a higher lever of care, including wound treatment. They handle all to a high standard of care. I am very happy with the lever of care I receive with Dr. Washburn and his staff. "
