He listened, and heard, and adjusted his treatment plan. He was completely focused on providing the best care , which he did. "

"Dr. Nightingale needs more supervision as hospitalist at Highland Hospital. He made mistakes in my care and is dismissive in his demeanor. He finished his residency in June of 2020 and acts and behaves as though he has 20 years of experience. "
