"Dr. Covan’s office failed to consider my health concerns. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist ensured that all hospital covid precautions were in place and that masks were worn. When I went into the office the receptionist, multiple dentist technicians, (and patients) were not wearing masks. Out of concern for my two young kids with a rare lung disease, I asked my technician if she could please wear a mask if we were within 6 feet. She refused. I asked again if she would please wear a mask and again she refused and said I could reschedule. I left and will not reschedule. "
