"I have had autoimmune symptoms for 19 years. I have seen several specialists and rheumatologists. Some ignored my symptoms because my blood work showed normal. Others told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I have never had a diagnosis or effective treatment. After a few tests Dr. Anderson had a diagnosis and proper treatment plan in place. I am feeling better than I have in years and finally have hope. "

"Ageist. Sexist. Or both. Not sure. But this doctor disregarded my symptoms for literal years. Flat out told me he didn't believe there was anything to dignois. That was the final straw. I promise I advocated for myself and asked for more help from him before this. Finally swithced to another doctor in another city in the same field. Diagnosed and in working treatment in less than a year. There was something wrong and something to be done to help. Getting a doctor to believe you is the biggest challenge. DO NOT GO TO DR ANDERSON BECAUSE HE WILL NOT BELIEVE A WORD YOU SAY BECAUSE THERE IS "no reason" FOR YOU TO BE HAVING THESE PROBLEMS. SOMETIMES THERE LEGITIMATELY IS NO REASON."

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
