"Jade is the best nurse practitioner (I actually thought she was a doctor) I have ever dealt with in my life. She is nothing short of amazing!!! I have had numerous doc's in my years and I am the hardest critic. I can make a list of her amazing qualities but I'm limited on space here. She actually relocated out of my area and after trying a diff doc for a bit, I tracked her down. I didn't realize how lucky I was to have found her until she was gone. You will NEVER find someone as great as her!!!!! If you are lucky enough to be in her area and she is accepting new patients... You will not be disappointed in choosing her!!!!!!!!! "
