Bangor, PA 01 9/23/2022 I got a series of red lights with Bethlehem Smiles as a practice, and as a patient. Sore and irritated red gums, and a cracked tooth led me to seek out a new dentist who is, Dr. Jacquline Owens from Bethlehem Smiles, Bethlehem PA. I was with Bethlehem Smiles as a patient complaining of pain from July 17th till September 19th, 8 weeks. All I received was a series of misdiagnosis misbilling, and hesitancy. On September 19th, I found a new Dentist who IMMEDIATELY drilled out my bad crown and relieved me of my pain and agony. I received no help, comfort or compassion from either Dr. Jacquline Owens, or her practice. "
