"The doctor and staff simply only care about collecting your money. Including an annual fee for off hour assistance. Well god forbid you need any assistance other than the ordinary. Not only will they expect you to do any and all administrative work with the pharmacy but they will not provide any guidance on how to proceed. I have never felt more alone in my mental health. I strongly advise seeking help elsewhere."

"After sizing me up in the first 10 minutes of the appointment and making a comment about my body shape, Dr. Moussai told me that he couldn't help me with the disorder I'd been diagnosed with by my therapist of three years and refused to treat me for it. "Consider this $300 appointment educational" he said. After all, I was "underweight" -- which apparently can be determined from a zoom appointment -- and therefore giving me the medicine to help me take charge of my life was unethical because I'd most likely use it to starve myself. Please save yourself the time and money. Especially if you're an already educated patient with any degree of authority on your own mental health. And even more especially if you are a woman."
