"Not a rating on Dr. Lee but rather his office. I made an appointment for a second opinion on a root canal. I called back a week later to verify my time only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule and my phone number wasn’t in the system so there was no way I received a confirmation text (which I had accidentally deleted). I was made to feel I was basically crazy and had never spoken to anyone. Low and behold-a day before my “non-appointment”, I received a call to verify my appointment the next day. I had already scheduled another appointment with an amazing dentist-so it all worked out but do not appreciate how I was treated as a potential new client."
