"I would give 0 stars if I could. This doctor and the staff overall has been very rude towards me because I don’t speak English. They are so racist including the doctor itself. They started screaming at me and calling me stupid when I went for a checkup because I’ve been having pain for the last 2 month in my heart. The receptionist told my daughter when I wanted to schedule an appointment (screaming): “So what is Inna going to do to your mother?” I was forced to tell her just make me an appointment it’s urgent and ignored the fact that she was being so unprofessional. However, she didn’t bother and left me schedule after like 2 and half week. I have followed up where they did only a stress test and check up at the cardiologist. They said I have nothing. I went today (after 3 weeks of the stress test) and the doctor said that she sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy today. It just doesn’t make sense why she sent the prescription today when my appointment was weeks before and they didn’t ...
found anything. I seek for more tests to be made to me because I’m in pain but they won’t provide it to me since they are too busy being rude because I don’t speak English. We all live in New York a place where there are a diversity of people that come from all the countries of the world and not everyone is able to speak English that’s why offices or public services use google translator or people that through the phone can translate. Not everyone has someone who could accompany them to doctor’s appointment. So instead of focusing on calling the patient stupid or telling them to learn English, focus on why my mom has been having pain in her heart for the past couple of months. Doctors are supposed to save lives not judge their patient. Inna Gayler and some of your staff you are a disappointment to this society. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
