"She is very pleasant and welcoming. Her professionalism is A+. She quickly got to the point of the appointment, made sure she understood my challenges, and efficiently handled the rest of the appointment. The amount of pre-appointment paperwork should have been emailed to me BEFORE the appointment. Parking was also an issue. I walk with a cane and had to drive to back of building & then walk. NOT EASY. MY RATING IS 3 STAR. SHOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS. "
