"Went in for my yearly physical which is completely covered by insurance. Several weeks later I received a bill. In an attempt to correct this, I learn that Dr. Rizvi or her office billed this as a Diagnostic instead Preventative. I tried to reach out to Dr Rivizi but she does not reply. Now I'm stuck with a bill that I should not be paying"
