"Sincerely, I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor. The vision test was ok, but Dr. Hartz wasn’t very nice and even didn’t try to be nice. I felt like he was really tired of his job, didn’t like his secretary, was pretty moody. But that was nothing considering the fact that after a while he called me and that my insurance company wouldn’t pay for the vision check-up and wanted me to pay. I explained that it happened for the first time ever since I have good insurance and never had problems with it, but I was willing to check it with my insurance. I checked and everything was just fine, and the insurance said it was somebody from his side that didn’t file the claim right. When I called Dr. Hartz, he kept disagreeing and arguing that he had 40 years of experience and I was nobody and just didn’t want to pay the visit. I checked with the insurance again. Called him back. He didn’t take it, didn’t want to listen to me, and afterward kept leaving me voice messages about how bad ...
I was, and that he never saw a client like this and other rude things. I couldn’t believe I heard it from a doctor. Finally, after I called my insurance again, I made sure they were in touch with him, resolved the issue (he didn’t file the claim right!!), and paid him money. I will never forget this awful experience and will never come back. "
