"My initial visit with Dr. Audette was fine; until she failed to mention she was no longer in network under my insurance. Instead of losing my business; as I informed to take my family to another dentist who was in network, she falsely assured me that she would only charge my co-pay according to my fee schedule, for my son's crown.
