Dr. Heidi K. Lang, DO

Heidi Lang, DO, who joined Lutheran Medical Group as an internal medicine physician in July 2002, joined the hospitalist team at Lutheran Hospital in October 2012. Before coming to Fort Wayne, Dr. Lang was a practicing internist in Coldwater, Mich., where she started her career in 1989. Dr. Lang received a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend and a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, N.Y. She completed a rotating internship at Michigan Osteopathic Medical Center in Detroit and an internal medicine residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Mich. Dr. Lang is board certified in internal medicine, and she is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the Indiana Medical Association and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
