Dr. Heather Wortham, DO

Dr. Heather Wortham specializes in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery. She has expertise in treating joints and fixing complex bones such as long bones and the pelvis. Along with orthopedic trauma surgery, Dr. Wortham has extensive experience in general orthopedic surgery. Dr. Wortham earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida State University in Tallahassee, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Science with a concentration in Aging & Neuroscience from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Dr. Wortham earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She completed her residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Henry Ford Health System in Clinton Township, Michigan, and her fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Wortham sees patients at the Grasslands Campus.
