"I visited Dr. Heather Butler earlier this year for a rash on my foot. I expressed concerns of the cause being fungal related, however she assured me that it was in fact eczema. She prescribed a steroid and Betamethasone Dipropionate, and advised me not to use soap on the area. This was HARMFUL advice. My condition got much worse, and months later I sought a second opinion as I started having doubts about Dr. Butler’s diagnosis. The other dermatologist confirmed this was fungal, and recommended to cease my current treatment and being using an over-the-counter solution, which has been working successfully. Dr Butler gave me not only incorrect, but harmful advice, and delivered the advice with such confidence that made me believe I did not have to worry. I will not be going back to Dr. Butler, nor can I in good faith recommend her."
