"RE: DR HAIDAR YASSIN AND RACHAEL (nurse) SUMMARY: My wife (Olivera) does not speak English. So I came to translate for her as I did during our first visit to Dr Yassin In mid-April. But Dr Yassin and his nurse(?) Rachael rudely asked me to leave. My wife started to cry. People come to a cardiologist to get better not to have them and their staff upset them - just because they don’t speak English ..."

"Got to my 8:30 appointment on time. Got brought into the exam room at 9:00 AM, right on time. Sat there for 37 minutes, until I finally opened the door and asked if the Dr. was coming...they said "he should be here soon"...THE GUY WASN'T EVEN IN THE BUILDING...I got up and walked out. My time is valuable to me and my family. I work for a living. Didn't even bother to call and apologize. Nice ..."

"Dr. Yassin is arrogant, rude and ha terrible bed side manner. He does not consult with the patient. He make assumptions without listening to the concern of the patient. He is always late for scheduled appointment and does not apologize for the inconvenience he may have created"
