"Unconcerned and uncaring. Did not detect that I had a cyst in my throat. I had to get a 2nd opinion with another ENT before I was told that that was causing my problem which needed surgical removal. Told me to look up on the Internet one other thing he thought could be causing part of my problem. In general not a friendly or caring doctor."

"Dr Penner did not seem caring at all. He seemed quite disinterested. he recomended a drug that had been recalled a month prior. Ho told me to look up my possible diagnosis on the internet. That made me more confused than ever. I got very little information from him."
