"My 84 year old mother has been Dr Doull for over 10 years. In August/September she went to him for check up and leg swelling. His response was, “oh I thiught that new medicine fir your blood pressure might do that.” He didn’t iffer to change it. Plus he put in her record to have her blood drawn fir labs ( this is always done in the office). Yet no one drew my mom’s blood or even called her later to say they forgot. Fast forward to January 14, 2022. My mom’s legs sre so swollen and hard that she can’t even get socks on. I take her to see the nurse practitioner who was very nice but couldn’t make medication adjustments because Dr Doull wasn’t in. So she sent my mom home with me because my mom’s blood pressure was 191/94. Mom was presenting no other symptoms so she couldn’t be hospitalized. The nurse promised a call on Monday to let us know what to do. Momday came and went. On Tuesday I called and left a message with the receptionist- I gave her my cell phone number and explained that mom ...
was at my house. At some point Dr Doull called bith my cell and my mom’s home number and simply said, “ This is Dr Doull.” Nothing else. I called back Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. He never calked back. Here we two weeks later and still no follow up. I think he’s a terrible, unresponsive doctor. I wouldn’t take my dog to him. For years I watched my father suffer with issues that Dr Doull should have referred to specialists yet he didn’t because it would have meant him losing money. Whatever you do DON’T go to this doctor or practice. "

"My Mom was his patient for over 20 -30 years...in the end she was very ill, COPD..Dementia...his office would not let her come in for a visit. She died this past Sunday and Dr Doull has had her Death info sent from the Funeral Home for 4 days and still not signed off...tried calling his office all week and no answer or return call from messages I left until today and he claimed he got nothing from Funeral Home...called them back and they say that is definetly untrue..it was sent 100 % to him, no mistake...he says he will check and see uf he has it...no word back again today. ....I was at my Mothers house on Sunday after she Died myself and the Policeman waited to hear from him so they could remove her body...it took hours before they heard from him...He never showed any compassion or good medical advice once he diagnosed her with Akzheimers...it was just...they have medicine but diesnt work, gave her ablood test and said she should take B12 for Dementia...do you think he could have ...
done a little more ? Her and my Father had been going to him for 20-30 years..was never happy with him ..you woyld think he would have some compassion or a heart and now with Mom Dead..he is dekaying the whole orocess...Thank you Dr. DOULL..YOU GET AN F...ZERO STARS "
