" Poor treatment from the front desk to the doctor. It's not a good environment to be in. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor. The dentist doesn't care, he is rude, always in a hurry, and really doesn't care about the client. Treat your money well; go somewhere else."

"!!!DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE!!! DON'T DO ANY TREATMENT HERE! INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS, DON'T COME!! My whole experience was horrible. I went there to fix a broken tooth. The doctor evaluated and suggested a crown, and the appointment was made for a month later. A week later, I started to feel a lot of pain and I called them asking for help. They answered, "We don't have time. There is no time available." I said, "I am a patient, what do you mean you cannot help?" "We don't have time." And they hung up. I called the next day and insisted on having assistance. So, I ended up going on the same day. It took 5 minutes for the doctor to prescribe me a painkiller and an antibiotic. I had to redo my canal with a different doctor. One day before my crown treatment was to start, I called to confirm. Mysteriously, my appointment was not there. I had to wait another week. And yesterday, I went to put the crown on, and the doctor was EXTREMELY RUDE. I complained that the crown was high, it didn't feel ...
good. He said, "It is good, I am not going to change it." I said, "What?? I am telling you it's not good." And then he said, "IT IS NOT HIGH, I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND IT IS NOT HIGH! Pointing to his assistant: "AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES!" And he left the room. Guess what?! The crown was poorly placed, that's why it was high, and while I was there, it fell off 3 TIMES. YES, FELL OFF 3 TIMES!! I completely lost confidence and the way I was treated was horrible. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE!! IT IS NOW ON THE BLACKLIST OF PLACES THAT STUDENTS SHOULD NOT GO!! LOOK FOR ANOTHER DENTIST!! "
